Perabyte Terms and Conditions

tl;dr:

1. Don't store anything illegal on our servers.
2. Don't provide false information.
3. You agree to provide any promised payment for services rendered.
4. Payments are non-refundable.

Perabyte offers a variety of services that range from hosting and website services. These services are collectively referred to as "Services."

By using Perabyte's Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Service and any other policies or terms referenced or published by us (collectively, the "Terms"). If Customer does not accept these Terms, Customer must not register an account or purchase, access, or use Perabyte's Services in any way.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between Perabyte and any person or organization who purchases, accesses, or uses Perabyte's Services ("Customer" or "You"). Customer represents, warrants, and agrees that (a) Customer has the full power and authority to enter into and perform under these Terms, or (b) if Customer is using these Services on behalf of an organization, entity, or group, that Customer is authorized to accept these Terms.

These Terms are subject to change at any time. It is the Customer's responsibility to be familiar with these Terms.

1. The Customer agrees to not store any content illegal within the United States of America via Perabyte's hosting services. Discovery of illegal content may result in immediate account termination.
2. The Customer agrees that Perabyte may use their Personal Identifying Information as necessary to perform services (such as domain registration and payment processing).
3. The Customer agrees that all information provided to Perabyte is not falsified in any way.
4. Customer agrees to a thirty (30) day contract minimum beginning upon commencement of service. Exact contract duration is decided at signup.
5. Customer agrees that all charges and fees associated with an account are their sole responsibility.
6. Refunds for Services are non-refundable. However, they can be cancelled at any time, and the Services will be provided up until the agreed upon cancellation date.
